I have already placed an order but my delivery address is wrong. What should I do?

You can contact us by email at info@omycosmetics.com with the following elements in your email:

  • Object: Emergency order #
  • Your updated address

Please note that if your order has left our Laboratory, we will not be able to modify your address. If a second delivery is needed, the delivery fees for the second order will be charged to the customer.
